legislative instrument

Plain English Summary

3/10 complexity

This instrument revokes and immediately re‑makes three Airworthiness Directives for Navion‑series aeroplanes (wing panel, rudder horn, front seat restraints), carrying forward each AD’s wording unchanged.

It affects Navion owners, operators and maintenance organisations required to comply with those ADs and is an administrative re‑issuance rather than a change to the substantive inspection or modification obligations.
