Plain English Summary

4/10 complexity

A delegate of the Civil Aviation Safety Authority, acting under subregulation 39.001(1), revoked a list of Airworthiness Directives for Mooney M20 series aeroplanes and re‑made each one as a separate legal instrument. This affects owners, operators and maintenance organisations of Mooney M20 aircraft by preserving existing mandatory inspection, modification and reporting requirements while reissuing them as distinct instruments; the remade directives are stated to be identical to the latest published editions.
