Plain English Summary

2/10 complexity

The delegate of CASA revokes the listed Airworthiness Directive(s) for Monnett Sonerai series aeroplanes and re‑issues each as separate legal instruments under subregulation 39.001(1). Owners, operators and maintainers of those Sonerai aircraft — and CASA as regulator — are affected.

Substantively the re‑made ADs are said to be identical to the latest published editions, so obligations unchanged; the change is administrative, shifting legal form and creating modest recordkeeping/notice risks and costs.
