Plain English Summary

2/10 complexity

This instrument revokes the Airworthiness Directives listed in Schedule 1 for Meta Sokol L.40 series aeroplanes and remakes each as a separate, identical instrument. It is made by a CASA delegate under subregulation 39.001(1).

Owners and operators of Meta Sokol L.40 aircraft remain subject to the same technical requirements; compliance obligations and costs do not change. The measure is administrative: it reallocates how the ADs are issued and recorded rather than altering substantive safety requirements.
