Plain English Summary

2/10 complexity

This instrument revokes and immediately re‑issues two existing airworthiness directives for Maule M‑6 series aeroplanes as separate, standalone instruments, under a CASA delegate’s authority. The re‑made ADs are identical to the latest published versions, so technical requirements, costs and compliance obligations for owners, operators and maintenance organisations remain unchanged.

The change is administrative: stakeholders may need to update references and records, but safety duties and commercial impacts are unaffected.
