Plain English Summary

2/10 complexity

This instrument withdraws a list of hot‑air‑balloon Airworthiness Directives and reissues each one as a separate, standalone instrument in the same form as the latest published editions. It affects hot‑air‑balloon operators, owners and maintenance organisations, who must continue to follow the same safety directives; the change is procedural, preserving existing obligations while converting them into separate legal instruments.
