legislative instrument

Plain English Summary

2/10 complexity

This instrument revokes the Airworthiness Directives listed in Schedule 1 and remakes each as a separate legal instrument in exactly the same form as their latest published editions. It is made by a CASA delegate under subregulation 39.001(1).

It affects aircraft owners, operators, maintenance organisations and parts suppliers bound by those ADs. Compliance obligations, inspections and testing requirements remain the same, so affected parties continue to bear the costs and administrative burden; only the legal form of the directives changes.
