Plain English Summary

4/10 complexity

This instrument revokes a list of existing Airworthiness Directives for Hiller UH‑12 helicopters and re‑issues each one as a separate instrument under the delegate's power in subregulation 39.001(1). It affects owners, operators and maintenance organisations for Hiller UH‑12 series helicopters by preserving the same safety requirements while changing the legal form of those directives; compliance obligations remain unchanged.
