Plain English Summary

2/10 complexity

This instrument, signed by a CASA delegate, administratively revokes three Airworthiness Directives applying to Helio Courier aeroplanes: two are re-made as separate, identical ADs and one (AD/HELIO/3 Amdt 1) is cancelled. It therefore leaves existing obligations unchanged for the two reissued ADs, removes the cancelled AD’s requirements, and mainly affects Helio Courier owners, operators and maintenance organisations who must update records and comply with any remaining AD obligations.
