Plain English Summary

2/10 complexity

This instrument, made under subregulation 39.001(1) of the Civil Aviation Safety Regulations 1998, formally revokes ten listed Airworthiness Directives for Harbin Y12 aeroplanes and re‑issues each as a separate instrument. The re‑issued directives are identical to the latest published editions (see Note). It affects Harbin Y12 owners, operators and maintenance organisations who must continue to comply with those directives; the step preserves existing legal compliance obligations and the associated operational and maintenance costs.
