Plain English Summary

3/10 complexity

Mechanically, this instrument revokes a set of Airworthiness Directives for Gulfstream (Rockwell) 112 series aeroplanes and re-issues each as a separate, identical instrument under the Civil Aviation Safety Authority delegate’s authority (subreg 39.001(1)). The Schedule names the affected ADs and their numbers.

Owners, operators and maintenance organisations for these aeroplanes remain bound by the same inspection, modification and replacement requirements and therefore keep the compliance and record‑keeping obligations; the delegate makes the procedural decision to revoke and re‑make the instruments (Note).
