Plain English Summary

2/10 complexity

This instrument revokes a set of Airworthiness Directives (ADs) for Grob G115 series aeroplanes and re‑issues each AD as a separate, identical instrument. It applies to owners, operators and maintainers of Grob G115 aircraft because the listed ADs set mandatory maintenance or operating requirements.

Mechanically, CASA's delegate uses subregulation 39.001(1) to revoke and remake the listed ADs in the same form as the latest published editions (see note). That leaves substantive obligations and compliance costs for operators unchanged, while creating administrative re‑issuance work for CASA and clarifying legal form.
