A CASA delegate uses subregulation 39.001(1) to revoke two Airworthiness Directives for Gippsland Aeronautics GA8 series aeroplanes and re‑issue them as separate instruments attached to this instrument. The ADs are re‑made in the same form as their latest published editions, so substantive obligations remain unchanged; operators should rely on the re‑made attached texts as the operative instruments.
