Plain English Summary

2/10 complexity

This instrument, made under subregulation 39.001(1), revokes a list of Airworthiness Directives (ADs) for Fuji FA‑200 aeroplanes and reissues each AD as a separate instrument in the identical form published by CASA. Mechanically, it replaces a consolidated listing with individually re‑made ADs while keeping the technical requirements unchanged.

CASA’s delegate (David Villiers) decides; aircraft owners and operators must comply with the reissued ADs and bear any inspection, modification or repair costs. The change is administrative: obligations and compliance burdens remain as previously published.
