Plain English Summary

3/10 complexity

This instrument revokes the Airworthiness Directives listed in Schedule 1 and remakes each listed Directive as a separate instrument in the same form as its latest published edition. The CASA delegate does this under subregulation 39.001(1). It affects aircraft owners, operators, maintenance organisations and manufacturers involved with fuel supply and metering equipment, who must continue to comply with the remade ADs and bear the administrative and compliance costs of tracking and implementing them.
