Plain English Summary

2/10 complexity

This instrument revokes a group of Airworthiness Directives (ADs) that apply to Extra EA‑300 series aeroplanes and reissues each AD as a separate legal instrument. The Civil Aviation Safety Authority delegate does this under subregulation 39.001(1) and expressly remakes each AD “in exactly the same form” as the latest published edition. Owners and operators of Extra EA‑300s remain subject to the same technical and compliance requirements; the change is administrative (separate instruments) rather than substantive.
