Plain English Summary

3/10 complexity

This instrument revokes the Airworthiness Directives listed for Eurocopter SA341/SA342 (Gazelle) helicopters and re-issues each one as a separate, identical instrument. It is made by a delegate of the Civil Aviation Safety Authority under subregulation 39.001(1). Owners, operators and maintenance organisations remain subject to the same mandatory inspection, modification and replacement requirements; the action preserves existing safety obligations while changing the legal form and recordkeeping of those directives.
