Plain English Summary

3/10 complexity

This instrument, made by a CASA delegate under subregulation 39.001(1) of the Civil Aviation Safety Regulations 1998, revokes a list of Airworthiness Directives and re‑makes each as a separate instrument for Eurocopter SA 360 and SA 365 (Dauphin) series helicopters. The re‑made directives are stated to be in exactly the same form as the latest published edition. It affects owners and operators of those helicopter types, who remain subject to the listed ADs; mechanically this is an administrative reissuance rather than a substantive change to safety obligations.
