Plain English Summary

2/10 complexity

This instrument revokes and re‑issues, in identical form, a set of Airworthiness Directives (ADs) applying to Eurocopter EC 120 series helicopters. The Civil Aviation Safety Authority delegate, acting under subregulation 39.001(1), cancels the listed ADs in Schedule 1 and makes each AD a separate instrument. It affects owners and operators of EC120 helicopters, who must continue to comply with the same inspection, maintenance and reporting obligations and bear any resulting costs. The change is administrative only: the ADs remain "exactly the same form" as published.
