Plain English Summary

2/10 complexity

Revokes a set of Eurocopter BO 105 airworthiness directives and re-issues each as a separate instrument, unchanged in substance. Made by a CASA delegate under subregulation 39.001(1) of the Civil Aviation Safety Regulations 1998, it affects owners, operators and maintenance providers of BO 105 helicopters because those directives set safety-related maintenance, inspection and modification requirements. Mechanically, it converts bundled directives into individually numbered instruments without altering technical content.
