Plain English Summary

2/10 complexity

This instrument revokes a list of Airworthiness Directives for Eurocopter BK 117 series helicopters and re-issues each as a separate instrument under subregulation 39.001(1) of the Civil Aviation Safety Regulations 1998. The re-made ADs are identical to their latest published versions.

Who is affected: helicopter owners, operators and maintenance organisations who must comply with the ADs and bear any associated costs. Decision-maker: a delegate of the Civil Aviation Safety Authority. The change is administrative; obligations remain and operators must refer to the newly issued instruments for compliance.
