Plain English Summary

4/10 complexity

This instrument, made by a CASA delegate under subregulation 39.001(1), revokes a list of Airworthiness Directives (ADs) for Embraer EMB‑120 aeroplanes and re‑issues each AD as a separate instrument in the same form. Aircraft owners, operators and maintenance organisations remain bound by the same mandatory inspection, repair and operational requirements. The change is administrative: it replaces the existing consolidated listing with individually re‑made AD instruments without altering their substantive obligations.
