Plain English Summary

2/10 complexity

This instrument records a CASA delegate revoking a set of airworthiness directives for Eagle X‑TS series aeroplanes and re‑issuing each AD as a separate legal instrument under subregulation 39.001(1). The re‑made ADs are identical in substance to the previously published versions, so owners, operators and maintenance providers remain bound to the same compliance obligations. The change is procedural/administrative, not substantive.
