Plain English Summary

3/10 complexity

This instrument revokes the Airworthiness Directives listed in Schedule 1 and remakes each one as a separate legal instrument in the same form as the latest published editions, under the CASA delegate's authority (subregulation 39.001(1)). It affects owners, operators and maintenance organisations of Douglas DC‑3 series aircraft, who must continue to comply with each AD now issued as a standalone instrument; the change is administrative and does not alter the ADs' technical requirements or compliance duties.
