Plain English Summary

3/10 complexity

The CASA delegate is revoking and re‑making two existing Airworthiness Directives for Diamond HK‑36 series aeroplanes as separate legal instruments under subregulation 39.001(1). This is an administrative republishing: the ADs are reissued in the same form as their latest published editions.

Owners/operators and the maintenance organisations servicing HK‑36s remain bound by the same substantive requirements; practical effects are administrative (update records/procedures) and compliance costs (inspections, parts, labour) fall to those parties.
