Plain English Summary

2/10 complexity

The CASA delegate has revoked a set of Airworthiness Directives for Diamond DA40 series aeroplanes and re‑made each as a separate, standalone instrument dated 20 December 2004. The re‑issued ADs are stated to be identical in substance to their latest published editions, so the change alters legal form rather than technical obligations.

This affects operators and organisations subject to those ADs and mainly imposes administrative updates to records; substantive compliance duties and costs follow from the ADs themselves, not from this procedural re‑making.
