Plain English Summary

3/10 complexity

This instrument revokes a group of Airworthiness Directives (ADs) that apply to DHC-3 (Otter) aeroplanes and re-issues each AD as a separate, identical instrument. It is an administrative action taken under the Civil Aviation Safety Regulations and affects DHC-3 owners, operators and maintenance organisations who must continue to comply with the same AD requirements; the decision is made by a CASA delegate and the cost is largely compliance and record‑keeping.
