Plain English Summary

2/10 complexity

This instrument revokes and re-issues two Airworthiness Directives affecting DH 94 (Moth Minor) aeroplanes — covering flight limitations and cockpit safety harness lifing — as fresh, separate instruments in the same form as the latest editions. It’s an administrative re‑issuance by a CASA delegate that preserves existing requirements; owners, operators and maintenance providers remain responsible for compliance and for updating records to reference the new instruments.
