Plain English Summary

2/10 complexity

This instrument records a CASA delegate revoking and re‑making an existing Airworthiness Directive (AD/DH 90/1) for DH 90 (Dragonfly) aeroplanes using subregulation 39.001(1).

It simply reissues the AD in the same wording, so owners, operators and maintenance organisations remain subject to the same mandatory obligations and costs—this is an administrative republishing, not a substantive change.
