Plain English Summary

2/10 complexity

A CASA delegate has revoked and re‑issued three airworthiness directives for DH 89 (Dragon Rapide) series aeroplanes as separate legal instruments; the re‑made ADs are identical in substance to the latest published versions.

This is an administrative re‑formatting that affects owners, operators and maintenance organisations (record‑keeping and citation), but does not change technical obligations or compliance requirements.
