Plain English Summary

2/10 complexity

A CASA delegate has revoked certain Airworthiness Directives for DH 87 (Hornet Moth) aircraft and re‑issued them as separate, attached instruments in identical form. Owners, operators and maintainers remain subject to the same seat‑restraint modification, flight‑limitation and structural‑inspection requirements and attendant compliance costs. The change is administrative — it preserves existing obligations but requires stakeholders to rely on the newly issued attachments and verify they match the published directives.
