Plain English Summary

2/10 complexity

The CASA delegate revokes listed Airworthiness Directive(s) for DH 85 (Leopard Moth) aeroplanes and re‑issues each as separate legal instruments under subregulation 39.001(1). Substantive requirements are re‑made “in exactly the same form,” so operators, owners and maintainers remain subject to the same inspection/operational obligations and costs; the change is primarily administrative.
