Plain English Summary

3/10 complexity

The CASA delegate has revoked certain airworthiness directives for DH 84 (Dragon) aircraft and reissued two of them as separate instruments in the same substantive form, while cancelling a third (flight limitations). This primarily affects DH 84 owners, operators and maintenance organisations: compliance requirements for the reissued ADs remain, the cancelled AD removes a prior constraint, and administrative record‑keeping and transaction costs arise from the change.
