Plain English Summary

3/10 complexity

This instrument revokes a list of Airworthiness Directives for DH 82 (Tiger Moth) series aeroplanes and re‑issues each one as a separate instrument in the same form as the latest published editions, under subregulation 39.001(1) of the Civil Aviation Safety Regulations 1998. It affects aircraft owners, operators and maintenance organisations who must continue to comply with those Directives. Mechanically, it is an administrative re‑issuance: compliance obligations remain in force, and operators bear any costs of inspections, modifications or lifing the re‑made ADs require; the CASA delegate makes the decision.
