Plain English Summary

3/10 complexity

This instrument, made by a Civil Aviation Safety Authority delegate under subregulation 39.001(1), cancels a list of De Havilland piston‑engine Airworthiness Directives (ADs) in Schedule 1 and re‑makes each AD as a separate instrument in the same form as the latest published edition. It affects aircraft owners, operators and maintenance organisations who must continue to comply with the listed ADs; the delegate decides the instrument form and operators bear the compliance and administrative costs.
