Plain English Summary

2/10 complexity

This instrument revokes a list of existing Airworthiness Directives (ADs) for De Havilland DHC‑1 (Chipmunk) aeroplanes and re‑issues each AD as a separate, identical instrument in the form of the latest published editions. It is made by a Civil Aviation Safety Authority delegate under subregulation 39.001(1). It affects aircraft owners, operators and maintenance organisations, who remain legally obliged to follow the ADs and bear any inspection, modification or repair costs; the delegate decides and publishes the formal legal instruments.
