Plain English Summary

3/10 complexity

This instrument revokes the listed Airworthiness Directives for De Havilland DH 60 (Moth) series and remakes each as a separate instrument in the same form, preserving their legal effect. It is made by a CASA delegate under subregulation 39.001(1). Operators, owners and maintenance organisations of DH 60 aircraft remain bound to comply with the remade ADs; they bear the compliance costs and must follow the inspection, modification or operational requirements the ADs impose.
