Plain English Summary

2/10 complexity

This instrument revokes a set of Airworthiness Directives (ADs) for Cessna T303 series aeroplanes and reissues each AD as a separate, attached instrument. It was made by a CASA delegate under subregulation 39.001(1). Owners and operators of Cessna T303 aeroplanes remain subject to the same AD requirements; the action is administrative republishing rather than a change to the substantive safety obligations (see Schedule 1 and the Note).
