Plain English Summary

2/10 complexity

This instrument administratively revokes the Airworthiness Directive listed in Schedule 1 (AD/CESSNA 750/1 for Cessna 750/Citation X series) and re‑issues it as a separate, attached instrument in exactly the same form as the latest published edition. Made by a CASA delegate under subregulation 39.001(1), it affects owners/operators subject to that AD but does not change substantive compliance requirements or set out costs or enforcement details.
