Plain English Summary

3/10 complexity

Mechanically, this instrument revokes a set of Cessna 650 (Citation III) Airworthiness Directives and remakes each one as a separate instrument in the same form. It affects owners, operators and maintenance organisations of Cessna 650 aircraft; a CASA delegate issues it under subregulation 39.001(1), preserving existing inspection, repair and compliance obligations while changing how those directives are recorded legally.
