Plain English Summary

3/10 complexity

This instrument revokes the listed Airworthiness Directives (ADs) for Cessna 336 series aeroplanes and re‑issues each one as a separate instrument in the same form as the latest published editions, under the delegate’s power (subregulation 39.001(1)). It affects owners, operators and maintenance organisations of Cessna 336 aircraft because the re‑issued ADs remain binding: those parties bear the cost and operational impact of complying with inspections, modifications or placard/adjustment requirements set out in the ADs.
