Plain English Summary

3/10 complexity

Mechanically, the CASA delegate revokes the Airworthiness Directives listed in Schedule 1 and re-makes each as a separate instrument under subregulation 39.001(1); each re-made AD is identical to its latest published form.

Owners, operators and maintenance organisations of Cessna 320 series aeroplanes must continue to comply with the inspections, modifications and replacements set out in those ADs and maintain records. The delegate decides; direct costs (labour, parts, paperwork) fall on operators and maintenance providers.
