Plain English Summary

2/10 complexity

This instrument, signed by a CASA delegate under subregulation 39.001(1), formally revokes the airworthiness directives listed in Schedule 1 and reissues each as a separate attached instrument. The Note states each re-made AD is identical to its latest published edition.

It therefore changes the legal form of those ADs without altering their substantive obligations, affecting operators, maintainers, owners and others subject to the listed ADs while imposing primarily administrative rather than new compliance burdens.
