Plain English Summary

3/10 complexity

This instrument revokes a batch of existing Airworthiness Directives for C.A.C. CA-28 (Ceres) aeroplanes and re-issues each directive as a separate instrument in the same form. It affects owners and operators of those aircraft because it keeps in force the listed requirements (inspections, modifications, installations and retirements in Schedule 1); compliance action and costs fall on operators, while the measure is made by a CASA delegate under subregulation 39.001(1).
