Plain English Summary

2/10 complexity

This instrument, made by a CASA delegate under subregulation 39.001(1), revokes a set of Airworthiness Directives for British Aerospace (Scottish Aviation) Twin Pioneer aeroplanes and reissues each Directive as a separate instrument in the same form (Schedule 1; note). Aircraft operators and maintenance organisations must continue to meet the same technical obligations, but will need to update paperwork and references to cite the newly re‑made, separately published ADs; administrative costs fall on operators and the regulator.
