Plain English Summary

2/10 complexity

A CASA delegate, under subregulation 39.001(1), revokes the listed Airworthiness Directives (ADs) for British Aerospace (Hawker Siddeley) HS 748 series aeroplanes and reissues each AD as a separate instrument in the same form as the latest published edition. This affects owners, operators and maintenance organisations of HS 748 aircraft: they remain required to comply with those ADs, and any compliance costs or maintenance actions fall to them. The instrument is administrative: it reissues existing ADs rather than changing their substantive content.
