Plain English Summary

2/10 complexity

This instrument, signed by a delegate of the Civil Aviation Safety Authority under subregulation 39.001 (1), revokes seven listed Airworthiness Directives for Beechcraft 99 series aeroplanes and remakes each as a separate instrument. The instrument states the remade directives are identical to the latest published editions. Owners, operators and maintenance organisations of Beechcraft 99 aircraft remain subject to the same technical requirements; the change is administrative and preserves existing compliance obligations.
