Plain English Summary

2/10 complexity

This instrument revokes and reissues three existing Airworthiness Directives for Beagle A109 (Airedale) aeroplanes as separate instruments attached to the revocation, using CASA’s delegated power. The re‑made ADs are stated to be identical in substance to the previously published versions.

Aircraft owners, operators and maintenance organisations must hold and comply with the reissued ADs (and update records/references); CASA bears the administrative task of revocation and reissuance.
