Plain English Summary

3/10 complexity

What this does: Revokes a listed set of Airworthiness Directives (ADs) for Ayres Thrush (Snow) Commander aeroplanes and re-makes each AD as a separate instrument in the same form as the latest published edition (signed by a CASA delegate under subregulation 39.001(1)).

Who it affects and why it matters: Owners, operators and maintenance organisations of these aeroplanes must comply with the reissued ADs and bear any inspection or modification costs. The CASA delegate decides the administrative reissuance; substantive technical obligations are not altered by this instrument.
