Plain English Summary

3/10 complexity

This instrument, made by a CASA delegate under subregulation 39.001(1), revokes a listed set of Airworthiness Directives for Avro Anson and Avro 19 series aeroplanes and re-makes each Directive as a separate instrument. Each re-made Directive is stated to be identical to the latest published edition. It affects owners, operators and maintenance organisations of those aircraft by keeping existing mandatory inspection, modification and placarding obligations in force while changing the legal form of the Directives for clarity.
